Book Our Cabin Short Term
Splendor Valley Farms Utah is situated on our property in Marion in a 4,500-square-foot house that we started using as a short-term rental (vacation) property for large family gatherings, including family reunions, and corporate retreats for the holidays in November 2022. The house is a beautiful log cabin, the perfect place for large family gatherings and the ideal launch pad for your Wasatch Back adventure. Five well furnished bedrooms will sleep 19 people. With the game room, the kids will create great family memories!
The upstairs game room loft can easily fit over 100 people for organizational retreats and training and is perfect for hosting wedding receptions. Seats and audio/visual equipment are available on request.
The property is located only 25 minutes from Park City and the local resort ski lifts (including access to Park City, Deer Valley and Canyons) and 15 minutes from the Unita National Forest. It is 50 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport.
We think Splendor Valley Farms Utah is one of the great vacation properties in Utah and Summit County. It is especially wonderful as a Park City vacation property and farm stay, a ski rental property, and a mountain destination property. Aside from all the great summer activities, Splendor Valley Farms Utah can also be a destination for your family reunion or other large family gathering, your wedding plans or just a great year round getaway.

“We gathered with our children and grands and had so much fun! Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the game room and all of us being able to sit around the big table for meals! Loved the location! We spent one morning fishing at butterfly (only 45 minutes away) and caught over 35 fish! Pizza at Summit was delicious and we had a great breakfast at the Mirror Lake Diner. “This cabin is located in a peaceful area with beautiful surroundings and not far from outdoor activities and surrounding cities. The cabin itself is large and spacious accommodating large groups of people comfortably. The kitchen is also large and allows for easy cooking and serving. Though it is only stocked with minimal kitchenware and serving items for a smaller group. The plates and drinking cups are glass or ceramic, so if you have small children you will have to bring plastic or paper ware. The refrigerator upstairs and downstairs is stellar for larger groups! There is plenty of sleeping space, the beds are comfortable. Stephan is a fun and friendly host that responds with promptness. The place was just so beautiful on the farm.” Catherine
